The SUPPORT platform is currently being made available as part of a study to demonstrate its value in improving diabetes management. We need to test the platform’s effectiveness and usefulness before we can make it available to everyone.

Since this is a study, we need to meet certain criteria before we can give you access. The current criteria require completion of the registry as of May 2020 to ensure that the information provided is current.

However, one year after joining the registry, you will receive an email inviting you to complete a questionnaire to update your information. After completing this annual phase, you may receive an invitation to SUPPORT.

You can contact the research team at 514 987-5696 or at better@ircm.qc.ca.
