Data uploading platforms can help you to evaluate your pump settings (e.g., your basal rate) based on blood sugar data uploaded from a continuous glucoe monitoring (CGM) system (Dexcom) or flash glucose monitoring system (Freestyle Libre). They are also essential for sharing your data with your healthcare team when you have an appointment or a follow-up between appointments.
Effective November 7, 2021, all Tandem or Omnipod insulin pump users and Diasend users will need to switch to a new platform, Glooko, which is replacing Diasend due to a company acquisition.
There are two ways for you to sign up and create a Glooko account.
You have received an email from your clinic
Some clinics are already sending emails to their patients inviting them to transition to Glooko. If you have received an email with a link to create an account, make sure you use this link to have your new account automatically linked to your clinic. This will give your healthcare team access to your data.
You have not received any email
If you have not received an email from your clinic, you can create your Glooko account on your own, but you will need your clinic’s ProConnect code to give them access to your data.
Here’s the link to create your account:
Once you have created your account, you can enter the code in Settings (1) > ProConnect Code (2).

Glooko reports are a bit different than Diasend’s, but they still include key data such as time in range, GMI (estimated A1c), etc.
Would you like to get more insights from your Freestyle Libre, Dexcom or insulin pump data reports?
Adults who are signed up to the BETTER registry have access to Support, an online training platform featuring type 1 diabetes-specific content such as information about CGM and insulin pump data reports (e.g., what to do, what to look for, how to adjust insulin doses).
